When procedures or equipment change, the person who ensures workers actually learn and apply the new method is the supervisor. They’re on the front line, directly responsible for the day-to-day tasks, and so they’re best positioned to communicate the change, demonstrate the new steps, supervise practice, and confirm that the workforce understands and can perform the updated process.
